Hello, I'm Partha, creator and owner of Bodyweight Exercises.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with REPs (Registry of Exercise Professionals) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
My website is dedicated to helping people achieve their body composition goals.
Whether you want to get stronger, build more muscle, lose weight, burn body fat, or simply become a healthier and fitter person, all of my content is designed to help you improve your body.
I started out as a teenager with a set of dumbbells and a Bullworker X5.
As you can imagine, most of my training in these early days was focused on building “chest and back”, lol, we all did it!
However, my passion and desire to improve exercise and body composition was born.
I have been a regular gym-goer since June 2000.
That being said, my first job was in finance, but my passion for working has always been with me.
So much so, that I pursued (and passed) my personal training qualifications even while still working in finance.
I now coach offline clients and have been writing online and creating websites in both the financial and fitness fields since 2008.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer specializing in Strength and Conditioning.
Additionally, I am Level 1 certified in Nutrition, Remedial Exercise and Weight Management.
