Toshu's doubts and Meenu's visits
Toshu shares with Vanraj that he was already suspicious of Meenu because she often visited Asha Bhavan. Pakhi sarcastically comments that Meenu chose only one poor person in the whole world. Baa hears this and is shocked. Dimpy arrives with a video of Sagar and Meenu, but Titu tries to stop him. Pakhi reveals that her father has already seen the video.
When Kinjal asks what happened, Toshu tells her not to defend Meenu, implying that she is not innocent. Pakhi supports this, but Kinjal insists that it could be a misunderstanding. Baa sits down anxiously, worried about what she will tell Dolly and Sanjay. Pakhi adds that they don't know what Meenu does when she is alone.
Imaginary confrontation of Vanraj
Vanraj sees Meenu coming and imagines her telling him that freedom does not suit him, accusing her of breaking his trust by visiting Asha Bhavan. He threatens to restrict her movements, telling her not to meet Sagar or leave the house unsupervised. In her imagination, Meenu defends Sagar, saying that she loves him and that he is a good person. Vanraj then snaps out of his thoughts and rages.
Meenu's fear at the Ashram
Meenu changes her clothes at the ashram, feeling scared despite being a psychological doctor. Anupama consoles her, saying that she understands how she feels. Meanwhile, Bala tends to Sagar's injuries, asking why he fought with so many goons. Sagar replies that it was about protecting a girl's honor. Anupama helps Meenu by sewing the sleeve of the dress and asks her to change her clothes and talk to Vanraj before doing so.
Vanraj's disappointment and Meenu's prayer
Vanraj and Toshu see Meenu coming out of the ashram with the others. Kinjal and Titu try to reassure Baa, who fears that Dolly and Sanjay Kumar will cut ties with them. Baa worries that taking care of someone else's daughter is four times more difficult. Kinjal advises Baa to calm down for her health, but Baa feels entangled in constant problems since her arrival.
Vanraj notices that Meenu looks upset and asks what happened, but she assures that everything is fine. However, she soon breaks down and tells him everything, explaining that Sagar saved her and that she went to Mami because she always remembers her in times of trouble. Vanraj decides to call Dolly, saying that he will send Meenu back because she is not listening. Meenu, in tears, begs Vanraj not to send him back, explaining everything to his mother over the phone.
Anupama and Nandita's worries
Anupama and Nandita pack tiffins and talk about Indra, who hasn't called or answered their messages. Nandita mentions that they only have four tiffin orders, and Anupama suggests that they try to get college canteen orders.
Vanraj's expectations from Meenu
Vanraj stops Meenu from touching his feet, saying that she is not just his niece but like a daughter to him. He remembers how he placed his feet on his forehead when he was born and took his blessings. Vanraj admits that he has no hope for Toshu and Pakhi, but he has high expectations from her. He says Toshu and Pakhi are not listening to him, but he hopes she is.
Meenu's dilemma and Sagar's resolution
Sagar thinks of Meenu as he puts on his uniform, he decides not to think about her as they are not a good match. Vanraj warns Meenu that associating with Sagar will ruin her reputation in the society and asks her to cut ties with him. Meenu agrees to follow his wishes.
After Vanraj leaves, Toshu and Pakhi also warn him, and Baa tells him not to disgrace the family. Meenu cries and hugs Kinjal, feeling the burden of expectations and wonders why there are conditions in relationships. She expresses a deep connection with Mami and considers Sagar a good friend. Meanwhile, Bala informs Anupama that someone saved Anuj from electric shock and asks her to find Aadhya to keep him safe.
